Casa Roja opened its doors in 2009 with a simple conviction: that exceptional food and genuine hospitality should feel like a homecoming, not a performance. Chef Elena Morales returned from her years training in Lyon and San Sebastián with notebooks full of technique and a hunger for something more personal — a restaurant that felt like family.
Every dish that leaves our kitchen is a small story. We source from farmers we know by name, change our menu with the seasons, and treat the dining room as a sacred space where time slows down and conversation deepens.
